No. Most reviews are document research: official pages, labels, refund policies and published studies. When we have used a product ourselves, the review says so explicitly. When we have not, it says that too.

Confirmed means the claim matches an official page or primary source we link to. Not verified means we could not find evidence either way. Contradicted means the evidence we found says something different from the claim.

No. Our content is for general information only. Talk to a qualified health professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Each review shows the date its sources were last checked. We re-check reviews when offers or policies change and correct any error as soon as we confirm it.
